With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in property management, Terence's journey with VEmpire began in 2013 when our visionary founder, Zac Oh, recognized his talent and invited him to join forces. Starting from the ground up, Terence spearheaded retail operations, ensuring seamless sales execution and managing warehouse logistics. As he ascended through various departments, from procurement to outlet management, Terence played a pivotal role in VEmpire's expansion across Malaysia, culminating in the monumental achievement of 100 stores by 2019. In June 2023, Terence assumed the role of General Manager at VNG Distribution, a testament to his unwavering dedication and leadership prowess.

Outside the boardroom, Terence finds solace in the depths of the ocean, indulging his passion for diving and reveling in the mesmerizing beauty beneath the waves.
