Terence Oh is the Group CEO of VEmpire, bringing over a decade of expertise in the insurance industry with a specialization in property management. His journey with VEmpire began in 2013, when the company’s visionary founder, Zac Oh, recognized his potential and invited him to be part of the growing organization.

Starting from the ground up, Terence led retail operations, overseeing seamless sales execution and managing warehouse logistics. As he progressed through multiple departments—including procurement and outlet management—he became a driving force behind VEmpire’s rapid expansion across Malaysia. His leadership contributed significantly to the company’s landmark achievement of opening 100 stores by 2019.

In June 2023, Terence took on the role of General Manager at VNG Distribution, a testament to his unwavering dedication, operational excellence, and proven leadership.
